We’re on our third cow from Still Hollow Farm and every cow has been amazing. The taste is beyond imagination, and I’m not even kidding. All you have to do is buy some store-bought ground beef and you’ll know how much different it is by the cleaner taste. Brad has always been a gentleman to deal with and has been very helpful in the process.
We had steaks for dinner and the flavor was outstanding. From the first bite, I couldn’t believe how much better they were compared to the steaks I usually get at the grocery store. The steak was full of flavor with a noticeable difference in quality. I liked the ribeye more than the New York strip, but the ribeye is my favorite cut anyway. I’m so happy to have found a great local source of clean, healthy beef.
This is my second time ordering a cow from Still Hollow Farm, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the beef is outstanding—the steaks are beautifully marbled and the flavor is truly amazing.
